Joseph is the man! I went to Mavis Tire (didnt have the right tools to take my wheel off), then Butler Tire (Also didnt have the right tools), then to the Alpharetta Discount Tire. Joseph helped me in a way none of the others did - he actually looked at the Tire with the nail.in it and was able.to simply remove it - no charge. He took the time to assess, and see since no tire pressure loss likely it was just in the tread. 0$ took 3 minutes (and they had the 7 spline socket tool to remove the wheel if needed) 100% recommended.

This was my first visit to this location to have a new set of tires installed. I had a scheduled appointment (Saturday 7/11/26) and was quoted about one hour by the sales representative, but the service ended up taking a little over three hours. When the work was completed, I noticed that three of my four rims had been scratched fairly badly. To the staff's credit, they took responsibility for the damage and offered to replace the rims once the new ones arrived. In addition to the damaged rims, the alignment was not performed correctly. After leaving the shop, my vehicle began pulling and jerking left and right on its own at speeds of around 68 mph and above, even while driving on a straight road. Concerned about the safety of the vehicle, I took it to another discount tire location to have it inspected. The technicians there told me they weren't sure what had happened, but they confirmed the alignment had either not been performed correctly or may not have been done at all during my first visit. Very disappointed with this Discount Tire location. I spent around $800 replacing just my two rear tires, and I've been a repeat customer here. I also purchased their tire protection package, never covered or didn't help at all — I was pushed into paying out of pocket anyway. I've now replaced tires twice, and the warranty I paid for has never actually covered anything. What's the point of paying extra for a certificate that never applies when you need it? The customer service is just as bad. The staff at the front desk were rude and unwelcoming — not a friendly environment at all. After my tire and wheel replacement, my TPMS light kept coming on, and I had to return to the store multiple times to get it checked. I asked them twice to properly verify the sensor. Instead of diagnosing the actual issue, they claimed they had moved the sensor from the old wheel to the new one, gave no genuine explanation, and simply blamed the sensors — then tried to sell me replacement sensors for all four wheels at $70 each. It honestly feels like this location is more focused on squeezing money out of customers than actually fixing problems. I'm now looking to cancel my protection plan, request

Super impressed with the techs and management at this location!! I got an excellent price. Online shopping and appointment setting was super easy! Tire change and alignment in less than 30 mins. All done by friendly professional folks! Keep up the good work!

My tire had picked up some construction debris and needed the leak repaired. When I called they told me just to bring it in. I walked in the next day and Joseph took our info and a little more than an hour later I was on the road again. I was pleasantly surprised they didn't try to sell me a new tire. From Purchasing the tires earlier to getting one patched months later, I would reccomend this place for the great service and how we were treated at this location.
